I am trying to fabricate those pins. Could please let me know where did you get your dies to cut the extra 1/8 inch thread? It seems like 3/16 die is hard to find. Thanks
I got a tap & die set from Harbor Freight for about $20 (http://www.harborfreight.com/40-piece-alloy-steel-tap-and-die-set-39424.html) HF isn't known for terrific steel, but I haven't had any issues with them yet! Alternately, you should be able to find 3/16" dies at many online retailers such as Aircraft Spruce (http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/topages/adjustable.php).

Thanks and good luck with the wings. Photos are great, they encourage me to start building one. cheers.
Mike Sandlin's Bloop 4 drawings show the use of 'any long AN bolt' with the head cut off. 'Make three or four.'
